Our goal is to equip organizations and their leadership teams with the tools to promote engagement, develop and grow team members into leaders, and provide avenues for high quality one on one meetings and feedback.

Why Are You Solving This Problem?
With extensive experience leading small and medium organizations, we have seen the firsthand effects of what happens when people transition from environments of neglect to environments of care, support, and engagement. As individuals who have pioneered new ways to increase engagement in industries famous for lack of care and disengagement, we have made it our mission to provide tools to other organizations that allow everyone, regardless of their place on the totem pole, to feel cared for and reach their full potential.

We provide organizations with an app that equips leadership teams with the tools that have been proven to drive engagement: one on one meeting templates, goal setting templates, feedback templates, and subject specific video content. We also provide organizations with the opportunities to create their own templates and videos to further engage and equip their team with the necessary tools for success.
